We are seeking a Planner (Supply Chain Planning & Control) to join our team in Changwon, Korea. This role ensures the effective launch and manufacture of supplier parts, maintains planning systems, and drives supplier performance to meet business and customer requirements. You will play a key role in supplier management, production planning, and delivery issue resolution, directly supporting operational success in the region.


What you will be doing:

  • Ensure supplier launch and manufacture of parts are executed according to agreed plans across the component lifecycle.
  • Manage and maintain planning systems daily, including inbound delivery commitments and resolution of Stock in Transit, GRIP, and NCR stock.
  • Identify and escalate delivery issues, support mitigations and recovery plans, and ensure SMTM visibility using standard tools, processes, and metrics.
  • Conduct regular supplier order book reviews, monitor delivery adherence, escalate issues where required, and address shortages or excess stock to protect the business plan.
  • Lead 4-weekly planning cycles, ensuring suppliers realign with credible data and customer demand, while supporting ERP compliance reviews.
  • Support Buyers in resolving unverified invoice queries and providing data for commercial claims on delivery failures.
  • Liaise with factory logistics to ensure timely receipt and dispatch of parts and support critical delivery reviews with updated plans and commitments.

Position requirements:

  • Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field, with relevant planning/operations experience.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain planning, supplier management, and ERP systems.
  • Proven ability to identify, prioritize, and resolve delivery issues with multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage suppliers and internal teams effectively.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Korean is an advantage.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a multinational manufacturing environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using planning tools and metrics.
  • Familiarity with Rolls-Royce processes (RRPS, ZEIAW) will be an advantage.
