A Senior Business Administrator role has become available at our Cardiff site supporting our Site Executive.
As the Senior Business Administrator you will play a critical role in supporting the Site Executive, and driving operational efficiency and business performance across our dedicated teams. You will have the opportunity to utilise your administrative, organisational, IT, and reporting skills to assist our leadership team, and support in leading cross-functional initiatives, optimise our business processes, and support the strategic growth of our department.
With a focus on excellence and data-driven decision-making, you will work closely with our Site Executive, senior stakeholders, and the engineering and project management teams to deliver value to our internal and external customers.

What you will be doing
This position will give you a chance to support our local business leadership, drive business performance, influence strategic decision making, and support key stakeholders in a dynamic business environment.
As our Business Administrator you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the Site Executive has direct administrative support, support the accuracy of business data, forecast business trends and provide insightful analysis to support our business plan.
This role will involve:
- Diary management and administrative duties in support of the Site Executive
- Ensuring compliance with internal controls and company policies
- Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual reports for internal stakeholders
- Supporting business continuity activities and planning processes
- Supporting budgeting, forecasting and financial planning
- Analysing and reporting on performance, finding trends, identifying risks and opportunities
- Identifying opportunities to streamline processes and introduce digital solutions
- Developing financial models to support decision making
- Supporting resourcing strategies

- Experience compiling monthly, quarterly and annual reports
